Order Tracking / Track Your Order
At MAVRIEN, we understand that once your order is on the way, you want to know where it is and when to expect it.
This page explains how to track your shipment, understand tracking updates, and get assistance if something does not look right.
Track Your MAVRIEN Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will become available for your shipment.
Depending on the carrier and fulfillment process, you may receive your tracking number by email or through the order information associated with your purchase.
To check your shipment, use the tracking information provided with your order.
Please note: A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. If you have recently received your tracking information and no movement is showing yet, allow additional time for the carrier's system to update.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number is generally provided after your order has been prepared for shipment and the shipping carrier information becomes available.
Check the email address you used when placing your order, including your:
- Inbox
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions folder, if applicable
Make sure you are checking the same email address that was entered during checkout.
If you are unable to locate your tracking information, contact support@mavrien.com and include your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
Shipping carriers use different terminology, but these are some of the most common statuses you may see:
Label Created / Shipment Information Received
The shipping information has been generated and transmitted to the carrier. The package may still be awaiting its first carrier scan.
Accepted / Picked Up
The carrier has received the shipment and it has entered the delivery network.
In Transit
Your package is moving through the carrier's network toward its destination. It may pass through multiple sorting facilities before reaching your local delivery facility.
Arrived at Facility
The shipment has reached one of the carrier's processing or distribution centers.
Out for Delivery
Your package has reached the final stage of transportation and is scheduled for a delivery attempt.
Delivered
The carrier has recorded the shipment as delivered to the destination provided with the order.
Delivery Attempted
The carrier attempted delivery but was unable to complete it. Review the tracking details for instructions or information regarding another delivery attempt.
Exception / Delivery Exception
An unexpected event has affected the normal movement of the shipment. Examples can include transportation disruptions, address-related issues, weather conditions, or operational delays.
Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?
Tracking information does not always update continuously.
Packages can travel between distribution centers without receiving a new public tracking scan at every stage. Carrier systems may also take additional time to display recently recorded events.
For this reason, seeing the same tracking status for a period of time does not automatically mean that your package has been lost.
We recommend checking the tracking page periodically for new carrier updates.
My Tracking Says "Delivered," but I Can't Find My Package
If the carrier shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:
- Around the delivery location, including entrances, porches, garages, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and other secure areas.
- With members of your household or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
- With building management, reception, or security personnel when applicable.
- Whether the carrier's tracking page includes a delivery note or specific location.
In some situations, a carrier may mark a shipment as delivered shortly before the package physically appears at the destination.
If you have completed these checks and still cannot locate the shipment, contact the carrier when appropriate and notify us at support@mavrien.com so we can assist with reviewing the available shipment information.
Tracking Shows a Delivery Exception
A delivery exception means that something has temporarily affected the shipment.
Depending on the carrier, the tracking page may provide additional information or instructions.
If the exception is related to an address issue, failed delivery attempt, or another matter requiring action, we recommend following the carrier's instructions promptly.
If you are unsure what the status means, send the tracking details and your order number to support@mavrien.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an error in your address before the order has shipped, contact us immediately at support@mavrien.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an address modification cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.
If a carrier is unable to deliver a package because of incorrect or incomplete information, the shipment may be delayed, redirected, or returned.
Package Returned to Sender
A shipment may be returned to the sender for reasons such as an incomplete or incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related circumstances.
If your tracking information indicates that your package is being returned, contact support@mavrien.com with your order number.
Our team will review the available information and advise you of the next steps based on the circumstances of the shipment.
Orders With Multiple Packages
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining items have been omitted from your order. Review all tracking information associated with your purchase before contacting Customer Support.
International Tracking
For shipments that travel through more than one shipping network, tracking information may change as the package moves between carriers or enters the destination country's delivery network.
There may also be periods when tracking activity appears limited while a shipment is being transferred between facilities or carriers.
When additional local tracking information becomes available, it may appear directly within the carrier's tracking system.
Carrier Delays
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, transportation can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside MAVRIEN's direct control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, unusually high shipping volume, local delivery conditions, or carrier operational events.
Our team can help review the available tracking information, but we cannot directly control carrier scanning or transportation operations.
